The hotel has its ups and downs. The Wifi was good, but I was disappointed with the air conditioning. Service was top-notch, especially for families with kids. The location is brilliant, offering easy access to everything in Kuta. The dining experience was pricier than some alternatives but still enjoyable. Overall, a mixed but pleasant stay.
The hotel is located in the heart of vibrant Kuta with convenient access to various amenities, offering clean and comfortable rooms and exceptionally polite and kind staff. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations. The proximity to the beach enhances the overall experience, although some might find the location a bit noisy due to its lively surroundings.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were huge, perfect for two adults and kids, but we experienced intermittent connection issues and the noise could be heard clearly from nearby rooms. The fixtures and fittings were below standard, although the TV was nice.
The hotel rooms were nice with ample space for the family to gather together. However, they were full of baby spiders, despite requesting spraying, which resulted in waking up with lots of little bites. The location was near the reception and close to the bar, making it convenient for access. The service was exceptional, with engaging staff, especially with our daughters, and some of the friendliest encounters in a hotel. The dining was not the best, with slow and disappointing service. Overall, the hotel provided a good experience but had its drawbacks.

I stayed in Wing 5 of this hotel. The rooms, while old in looks, are very clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, just across the street from the beach and within walking distance of many great places, but the hotel felt like it needed a total refurbishment. Despite that, the rooms are nice and clean, making it comfortable to rest after a tiring day of activities.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with well-laid-out and clean rooms, and the staff was very attentive and quick to respond to any issues. However, the deluxe room I stayed in was quite small and felt damp, indicating it might need a renovation; premium rooms are recommended for a 5-star experience.
